…once we realized that agency owners [were who] we were focusing on, we were like, where do these people live? And a lot of them lived in these dark social WhatsApp groups… just listening to what people were saying, engaging with them, talking to them about Clay… These groups are kind of hilarious. It's like, the SaaS Yacht Club is one of them… it's just a bunch of agency owners going back and forth, doing tips and tricks, and talking about a lot of problems that Clay could hopefully help with. And so it was… being part of the community, and helping these people.
